Browser Issues

If you are experiencing a problem with loading a web page, it may be that your browser is to blame, rather than the page itself. A few things you might want to check:

If you already have Chrome or FireFox installed, that's ok. But if you do not, or are unsure if you do, click below to download and install one or both.

Clearing your browsing history: Sometimes, errors can be caused by bad information in your browser's cache.  Clearing your browsing history can rectify this issue.  Select the browser you are using below to learn how to clear your cache.

          

 

Turning off the Pop-up Blocker: Sometimes a new page will not load if your pop-up blocker is turned on.  Select the browser you are using below to learn how to disable your pop-up blocker.

          

 

Updating and enabling Flash: Adobe Flash Player is a free plugin you can download for your browser.  If you have Chrome as a browser, it may already be installed.  However, you may need to enable it.  For instructions on how to enable it, click here.  If you are using a different browser, you can get Flash here.
