U-Services is happy to help with lab issues; sometimes, though, you may need to contact the Lab provider directly to help with some technical issues. Contact information for those providers is below.
Pearson: 1-844-292-7015 Pearson Labs include the various labs titled “My ___ Lab” such as, “My Math Lab,” or “My Accounting Lab.”
Cengage: 1-800-354-9706 Cengage Labs include CourseMate, Mindtap, and others. Generally, Cengage labs are built right into your online course in Desire2Learn.
Music2Go: 1-877 406 7465 Music2Go is a lab for marketing courses. It is a part of the SmartSims labs.
Sherpath: 1-800-222-9570
McGraw Hill: 1-800-331-5094 McGraw Hill labs are typically built into your Desire2Learn course room and are referred to as “Connect.” They are used in many courses with SC in the code as well as some Math courses.
TestOut: 1-800-877-4889 TestOut is a lab used in some CI (computer) courses. The lab is located outside of Desire2Learn.
